Every part of you has needs:

Physical Physical wellness is living a life that preserves and cares for the one body you get in this life. COVID has a lot of us sitting and moving a lot less than we used to. Your body may also turn feelings of stress into aches and pains. Listening to how your body talks to you can help you to take better care of yourself physically.

Social Social wellness is having a support system and sense of belonging within a community. The absence of social engagement can affect your health including how you feel and behave. Whether you consider yourself an introvert, omnivert, ambivert or extrovert, social contact is necessary and needed in our lives.

Financial Financial wellness is knowing what you have and what you need to live the life that you want at every stage of your life. Financial wellness is feeling good about your financial state. Your money and your mood are good when your financial wellness is intact

Occupational Occupational wellness is the satisfaction you get in doing purpose driven and rewarding work that is balanced by the time you need to enjoy your life. It is work that fits your lifestyle. It is work that excites you, ignites you, and no one has to drag you to do it!

Intellectual Intellectual wellness is maintaining healthy doses of creativity, mental stimulation, and learning. It is also the ability to problem solve and think critically, even under stress.

Spiritual Spiritual wellness is the process of seeking meaning and purpose in your life. Spiritual wellness helps you understand your why, establishing purpose and finding meaning in your life so that you can live a life that is consistent with your beliefs, your values, and your morals.

Psychological Psychological wellness is caring for the emotional side of you. Talking to family and friends can be super helpful, but getting a professional check up can give you insight about yourself that you may not be aware of. Knowing where you are mentally can help provide clarity in your life.
